Homemade pizza for dinner. (Pepperoni, spinach, bell peppers) Yum! I learned that if you roast your bell peppers before putting them on the pizza, they are much easier to eat (not so crunchy). On our second pizza we cracked an egg on top before putting it in the oven: a Danish thing, apparently. The process will need tweaking before we try it again.
