Dana has been working night shifts for the past few weeks. When he’s gone at dinner time I have a tendency not to cook. Tonight I got up my courage and tried a new recipe for green risotto (coming soon to the food blog) I’d been meaning to try.
I must have been a little flustered during the prep time because it wasn’t until I was putting the peas away that I realized they had already been opened.
You probably inherited that from me. It seems a common event in my kitchen.
