There is only one place in Vancouver to get fresh seafood and it’s on the way home from work. Dana bought some cleaned, frozen baby octopuses and we cooked them tonight. First we blanched them in boiling water then we braised them for a few hours in our Dutch oven. They were delicious. There ended up being more than we could eat, but we felt pretty accomplished making such a yummy, exotic meal.
