We got some Portobello mushrooms from our mushroom guy at the Harvest Market a little bit ago. We like his advice on cooking mushrooms  and he told us they would make great burgers. So that is what we did. Dana grilled the crowns and Ruth sautéed some onions with some bacon and we topped it with pepper jack cheese and spinach. And they were fantastic. It is definitely something we will make again. And our mushroom guy scores another win with his advice.
