Fossil Hunting on a beach in Portsmouth yielded some great finds. It helped that some random guy who figured out what we were doing was willing to show us the right place to look and how to look. After that it did not take long to find impressions of ferns, grasses, palms, and other marshy plants from about 2 million years ago.
